Staff was very welcoming. A girl named Aakriti was very co-operative. I pre-ordered my food and I forgot my wallet. She still prepared my order and I came after an hour to pick it up and then paid for it.

Whenever you’re having a bad day just come to Harvey’s. Maddy always always made us feel so welcomed! I come here with my kid for breakfast as well but most of the time a late night snack place.We regularly visit Harvey’s because of the hospitality so warm sure feels like a family!

Visited this Harvey’s location recently with my child who has a Gluten sensitivity. Ordered a grilled chicken burger for my child with no bun. When the gentleman who took our order noticed my child holding her own bun, he was incredibly kind & offered to take the bun to the back & have the chicken placed on it as well as offered to cook her a special order of fries to ensure they were Gluten free. These kind gestures were beyond appreciated! To have a fast food order “normally” wrapped that she could eat immediately eat out of the bag without any modifications absolutely made her day! Thank you Harvey’s Red Deer!

Worst service I've had in a long time. Crammed little area were not sure who had ordered and who had not the person taking orders waved another person in front of me. After I ordered along with 4 other people after me, he switched to making the burger and helped the people who ordered last first. Finally, gave my burger to someone else and tried to give me the wrong order.

Drive through, could not have had a more confusing ordering session. The time it took the girl to read our order back to us was too much. She forgot it and added things. It was confusing to the point we thought we weren’t ordering what we wanted. They wanted us to pull into the parking lot “because everything is being made fresh” I sure as hell hope it’s fresh. When I refused because no one was behind us we got total but hole attitude! When our order was finally handed to us the guy didn’t even smile or say have a good day. Food was ok service was lower than I can post. I will not go back based on that alone. Attitude from a punk who’s trying to bend his corporate standards. No thank you and F you Harvey’s!!

I’ve had take-out from here a few times and the food is always consistent and great tasting! The staff is refreshingly personable and friendly - they are helpful when it comes to suggesting sides/drinks/toppings/sauces (basically the best thing to compliment what you ordered, if you’re unfamiliar with the menu)

Couldn't get my order right due to a language barrier. After 4 attempts I decided it wasn't worth the hastle. I was given the finger by the Owner as I was leaving. Anywhere else is a better idea. Kicker was they had a white lady trying to help but was also busy running the whole kitchen. My heart goes out to that lady.
