A bus driver confirmed that he turned in my backpack (at the Gilbert Terminal), that was left on the bus. When I stopped by the terminal to retrieve the backpack, a couple phone calls were made; I was notified the Gilbert Terminal did not have my backpack, which contained a cellular phone and medical supplies.

Worst bus system I've ridden they are ALWAYS LATE now I can understand a few but they are always almost a half hour late

I guess today is just one of those days. Lol I been waiting on grand river bus line since 6pm. I'm confused, the time on the bus schedule was wrong. I've seen two grand river buses going west but not one coming back yet. Tireman on the corner as I'm writing this and joy bus passed about 20 minutes ago. Do me a favor and update y'all time because every bus running except grand river eastbound.
