Located in St.Vital Mall, there is plenty of parking.Due to the construction near the Homesense entrance, I used the entrance near London Drugs. Super quick to het to Lush.I was looking at changing up what I bring when I travel to get through screening faster. I am going to try a shampoo bar, and a few other products in order not to bring many liquids.There was lots of staff. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.Price/value for money is to be determined on how quickly product is used up, and how well it works.Overall my experience was very good, will go back.

Was just at the store and Nikolai help me and my wife. He was absolutely amazing customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Customer service like this is truly a lost art. My hats off to Nikolai and the store!! Great job !!!

The young man who was working the day I came in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service was provided. I love the shampoo and conditioner bars, they leave your hair hydrated and full of volume. I recommend these to everyone and anyone!

Dylan was so great with product knowledge, and helped me out big time! There was also another girl working who was lovely as well, but I did not catch her name! Both of them were very helpful and made me feel so welcomed. I haven’t been to a Lush in a couple years, and they we’re just awesome! Will 100% be back:)

Super amazing products and super friendly staff! Jessica was super awesome! She helped me while I was in a rush holiday shopping and truly appreciate her help! Thank you for the fabulous products: Charity Pot is a must have, can even use it on your face according to my colleague and it really helps with those harsh winter dryness we get!

I did an online order/in-store pick up. It was quick and easy, which is fantastic considering my order was part of the boxing day special. When I got home and checked my order, they gave me an extra bath bomb on the house because one of my bath bombs was in rough shape. That’s really nice of them and it shows the company goes over and beyond for their customers. I’ve gone to Lush several times but I specifically like this Lush because of their service. They offer help and if you don’t need it, they actually give you space. I’d go here again!

I got a gift for my sister for her birthday online for in store pick up. To be very honest, I have never felt so valued as a customer. In my order were little samples. The person behind the counter was so friendly and kind. I was taken care of quickly and with a big smile. I would 10,000% shop here again. The upside is that their stuff smells so good!! Thanks so much!!!
