I was trying to sign up with Johnson and twice I've been told by different agents they'll call me back and don't. Unprofessional and you lost a potential customer.Also, I'm seeing Johnson responding mainly to positive comments and not addressing anyone raising concerns. That's not good customer service.Update: Responding to Johnson's comment below - we did call again and someone said they'll call back. AGAIN no call back.

I’ve been with Johnson for 25 years. Had never filed a claim until recently when my car was totalled. It took a while to process but finally in the end I got full market value compensation to purchase a new vehicleI will stay with this company!

My comment is specifically on motorcycle insurance but I have been with them a few years now and they're absolutely amazing when it comes to customer support, value and respect.About their insurances on motorcycles and what I like:I love how they have a blacklist of bikes but will accept almost any cruiser. I found that when shopping for a insurance on a 900cc cruiser with a location that insured a 400RR sport bike which Johnson has blacklisted on its list, the same cruiser was double what Johnson had quoted me.I find their motorcycle quotes very realistic, well balanced and affordable for those not looking at sport bikes.

Easy to navigate phone system to speak with a real agent. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and resolve service quickly. Even when have to be transferred to another agent they are efficient and you do not have to explain your situation all over again. Rates were excellent for me and I even got a discount for my house insurance because I have my car insured with Johnson too. I felt listened to and felt the agents understood and resolved my issue quickly. They even didn't mind me chatting about my family in Newfoundland where most of the agent are from! Amazing company.

I’ve been with Johnson since 1992 and never made a claim in over 30 years. I am leaving because they have the worst customer service. I was charged an extra 390.00 without any warning. I started to shop around and found better rates for the same coverage. It’s worth shopping around.
