I needed to get three screens for my condo and after calling around Rusco had the best deal I could find. The quote was easy and efficient. They came out for measurements, custom made the screens, came back to install. All very easy. Had an issue with one of the screens not fitting well and the installer asked if he could take new measurements and bring me a proper fitting screen next week! Was blown away by the customer service and can't recommend Rusco enough. I have dealt with three different employees and they have all been pleasant and costumer service orientated. Was so satisfied with their services that I am having a screen door installed by them as well.

We love our new Phantom Screens. They are sleek and very easy to operate. Jamie and Tony did an excellent installation. The screens look as if they were built in when the house was built.

We used Rusco to get three screens measured and installed on our windows. We are in a condo where alsothe retractable screen door was installed prior to our buying our condo. Not only was the customer service fantastic and the individuals who came to measure and install incredibly friendly, but I mentioned that the cat was escaping out the bottom of the screen door, and they came with a solution (two runners where plexiglass could slide into) and installed the solution when the windows were installed. Certainly above and beyond expectations.

Rusco installed 14 windows in our house - the install was incredibly smooth. I loved watching the installers work together as a team, and their conscientious clean up routine. Walt advised us on the options when we first started looking in March. We placed the order end of March. The install took place the first week in June. We are really pleased with the results. Rusco installed windows in our modest addition 2 years ago. Every day we look out of these windows and are still so happy we went with Rusco.Great installation crew, very fussy, good cleanup. Not very happy with the screens that I had installed at my house. The first set they put in were the wrong size, it took 8 weeks to get those ordered and installed. When I called the complain about the sizing issue they made new screens and somehow had new ones ready withing 4 days. I have recently noticed these are not proper size either, I had to open the screen one day the piece that you put your finger in broke off when I was trying to put it back in, then it was so tight I had to push it from the outside of the house. It was really tight. No I have noticed the screens are really loose, and they aren't proper sizing. I would recommend shopping around before you decide on a place to spend your time and money.

I had 15 windows replaced, including a sliding door for our balcony. Walt and his crew we're excellent to work with and we're very respectful of our home as they took the time clean up as they moved from window to window. Without question would use they're services again.

Over the past few years, I have come to rely on these guys for great products, pricing and service. I have had screens and doors myself and constantly referred friends and family to these guys too. Nobody has ever been disappointed. They have earned my business and are worth checking out.

Very good customer service from start to finish. Karen was courteous and a pleasure to deal with over the phone. Jamie M installed our Phantom screen door plus a few window screens and he was excellent. His professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional.
