Sudbury Collision Reporting Centre
It's unfortunate that there is only (1) accident reporting centre in the whole city of Greater Sudbury being the 5th largest city in Canada by area. Customers sometimes have to travel very far to access this place and also deal with very odd-ball hours of operation. Not to mention they close early whenever want!

The hours are till 5 but won't let anyone in past 4:30 to start the report as it takes too long. Why don't you put hour hours till 4:30? And have a buffer to finish the report. Not like us working people can even get there during the week but if will save a lot of people time and money driving there to be told no come back another day.

Unfortunately being the only reporting center in Sudbury you'll most likely have to deal with a short woman who is very combative and rude. Completely unwilling to help and more interested in how she is doing us a favor... disrespectful and rude.

Well if people goes there with the documents needed and vehicle,driver maybe the staff would be more respectful. And funny how people are driving correctly!!!. The staff deals with a lot of accidents and a lot of rude people. Seeing this for myself. I know it's a hard and stressful situation for all. Staff is very friendly and want to help you in the best way.

Sudbury Collision Reporting Centre
I have a feeling people give bad reviews because they had a bad day. The lady I dealt with today was a delight. Maybe if you are respectful of people, they will be respectful of you. I had three kids with me and I couldn't have asked for a faster, more helpful or accommodating woman. Bless her heart she was an angel to me today. Bad day made much more bearable.
