My furnace was not turning on after I had purchased my home and I was not too familiar with the thermostat mod. I contacted this company that had installed my furnace and spoke with Ram. He was very professional and easy to work with. He helped me sort out my issue right away and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

Very professional service, explaining and fixing everything that is not working properly. This company is going above and beyond to get your job done! My furnace is working smoothly now, and the humidifier is back to life after several years that it was just accumulating the dust.

We needed our hot water tank to be replaced and after calling a half dozen places found not only the most affordable but also the most helpful response from Pipetek. We called at noon and Ram offered to come that same night to replace the tank however we have two young children and said it wouldn't be great as they go to bed earlier, not only did Ram not mind he offered to come the following morning since that would work better for ourselves. He showed up on time and prepared with all his tools and was very friendly and helpful. Once he completed the job he cleaned up everything and walked me through how the new tank works and what I should do for maintenance and look out for. Was very pleased with the professionalism of Ram and would recommend them as well as be using them again for future work.

I needed assistance finishing a garage heater project that involved some piping and venting in the house and the garage. Ram was easy to work with and helped me finish things off in one day. He showed up on time, stopped to ask before making a decision that involved any alterations, his price was reasonable, his work was beautiful, he used high quality tools and materials, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use his services again. Our hot water tank stopped working on Saturday night so I called Pipetek Mechanical and Ram was very friendly he even went on a video call with me to try and diagnose the problem which he did. He then called me on Monday morning with some options to replace the tank and hour later he was at my house with the new tank. He got us up and running within a few hours very clean install I must say.HE was very pleasant and honest even went over and beyond to install screens on the exterior piping to block objects from coming through. Very happy with his workmanship will defiantly use his services if I needed. Highly recommend him if you are looking for honest, fair price and great workmanship for your plumbing needs.

Ram is an excellent plumber, does excellent work with reasonable price. He really cares about his customers and tries to help you as much as he can. I was so grateful to him for telling me all the disadvantages of the first water softener I purchased, without charging me anything and even helped me to move the heavy thing out of basement! Otherwise, I don't know how many headaches I will have.After I got my favourite type of water filter/softener shipped, I certainly asked him to come over for the installation. He worked in the basement for more than 4 hours and did very quality work on every detail. He also cordially shared with me some very important information about plumbing/construction/etc.I strongly recommend Ram. It's the right choice, right person, and right price.
