Same day delivery (helped us a lot as we had zero level in the heating oil tank).Smaller minimum order than our previous supplier.

Prepaid for delivery of oil then had to wait 9 days for delivery. Was told today they couldn't deliver because the 'hose was too short. Oops sorry. Sorry does not cut it. I am a senior on a fixed pension and have no other funds to pay another company to come and deliver. Now I am out of heating oil, and have to wait for a refund (MAYBE next week). I was a frequent customer before, so they knew where my oil tank was located. Why did they wait until oil delivery day to tell me they couldn't do it? The driver 'can't back into the driveway and 'he can't do it.' My 18 year old nephew used the lane way to put an RV in the back yard, but the oil delivery guy can't use it to deliver oil.Never again AFD. I would give you 0 stars if I could.

I was with hear guys for years, no minimum charge of oil. They then changed their policy to a min required delivery. My budget is tologhy so it did not work . I asked if they changed their policy if they could make an allowance since I was a customer of near 4 years. They flat out said no. Ever since their phone lady left few years ago, it has been absolute horrible customer service. J is not helpful ,, he is also quite rude on the phone. Even before this deliver denial , he was night and day difference of the lady before who was on phones. Unpleasant. Gave 1 star for your service and the other is a star for denying me. It worked out better in the end, I found a company that works with their clients on all aspects.I thank you j , I am so much better off now.

Really good people. Fast service. Their driver is awesome.....The only fuel company that I use now.

I have used this company for at least 5 years could never change the drivers are friendly and always quick delivery after i call.
