Victoria Mitsubishi

I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The staff were super helpful and patient. I traded in my gas guzzling van, got $5K in Government rebates and slashed my fuel bill. I wanted to go full electric but the few EVs that can tow are out of my price range. Once I get the trailer hitch installed I will be able to tow up to 1500lbs with dual electric motor 4 wheel drive and the 2 litre gas engine if necessary. Right now I am commuting 60 kms to work, return on less than $3 in electricity with heated seats and air conditioning. I use the included 8hr home charger overnight for $0.12 /Kilowatt hour on our Hydro bill and the fast charger after work at Uptown Mall gives me around an 80% charge in 20 minutes for $2. I use the paddle shifters to gear down" hills applying 5 levels of regenerative resistance. Thanks.Update:Getting parts has demonstrated Mitsubishi's protectionist approach to attempting to monopolize parts supply. I wanted to purchase a trailer hitch not long after buying the car. After many attempts I was unable to price shop as there were apparently no competitors products. I had to pay the dealership price. Same thing with the rear wiper blade. Canadian Tire doesn't carry the blade. You actually remove the blade from the arm and have to buy a new blade from Mitsubishi."

I bought a brand new car at Mitsubishi dealership in Victoria a couple of months ago.   In the past I have purchased other brands of new cars.  With Mitsubishi dealership in Victoria I went through so much ordeal.  This is the worst experience I have had in buying a vehicle.  Looking for the quality of the car is important but even more important is the service you receive following the purchase.  This is my story:First the financial services' manager put additional warranty at my cost ($2,541.00) into the contract that I did not agree to.  It was finally resolved and refunded to me.Secondly, the salesman recommended a company to have the car windows tinted and my car was damaged during the process, and later fixed.Thirdly, the salesperson misled and lied about the vehicle's capacity to tow a camping trailer. I purchased a hitch ($1,900.00) only to find out later the vehicle was not able to tow any trailers.  When I checked the manual it's very clear that it will be unsafe to tow anything with the RVR Mitsubishi model.  The financial services manager took seven weeks to refund the cost of the hitch.  I endured these events and lost personal work time to resolve all these 3 issues since I purchased the new car almost 2 months' ago.Mitsubishi is not living up to the standard that I was made to believe it was!  The service they give to me, as a costumer is very unprofessional.  I definitely do not recommend Mitsubishi dealership in Victoria B.C.

I went in to research prices and left with a new Mitsubishi, excellent service. Daniel is a great salesman.

Update: I've been going to Victoria Mitsubishi for years now, and I'm on my second Outlander after an upgrade a few years back (newer and nicer model - nothing wrong with the first one). I always feel comfortable dealing with the service department as they take the time to explain everything, make reasonable recommendations and understand cost consciousness. I so appreciate everything that they've done to help me over the years from regular maintenance services to more complex issues on short notice. Thanks for everything and know I'll always come back for my Outlander servicing!

Bought a Lancer GTS here last year, i was looking at several other similar cars from several other dealerships. What made me buy here was honestly the willingness of the salemen to meet my budget and car needs. They had the best attitude compared to any of the dealers i was looking at and were able to put together a deal i couldn't refuse. They have also been very helpful when looking for aftermarket services.

Poorest Service!! ⛔️❌I wish to give them 0 star. I went there twice with my lancer and described the issue specifically. Finally they fixed whatever they felt like without doing diagnostic. I had same issue when coming back home from service. I visited them again but same Sh!t. They are supposed to do road test and diagnostic to find out the issue but they did not and I ended up spending good amount of money. Poorest service I had ever in Victoria.Think twice before visit those snakes.

My friend bought a brand new car from this spot and she went though a terrible experience. They lied to her about the vehicles ability to be used to pull trailers, added on extra things without consent costing her thousands of dollars, and it took months to resolve all the issues.I feel so sad that workers at this spot try to take advantage of individuals. I will never use or recommend buying from this location.

These guys are amazing! They got me a great vehicle at an amazing price and with 0% financing. Now, 6 months later, I’m still getting white glove service, my salesman organized my service, got me a loaner car and I didn’t even need to step foot in the dealership. Lastly, I got a full service for half the price of an oil change the discount oil change shops in town.

I personally like their after sales service team, for their friendly and helping nature.I also get taxi coupons when I drop my car there, which I was not getting from my previous car brand.Happy Mitsubishi customer

The sales and service team go above and beyond. I'm on my 3rd vehicle in 3 years because of how much I drive for work. They always do whatever they can do keep me on the road.
