Sunbeam Executive & Travel Suites

The suite I was given didn’t have in suite laundry like stated. The suite needs a really good scrub down and all the walls and doors need to be repainted. Very scuffed up and dirty. Karim was really frustrating to deal with. I originally wanted a 1 bedroom for a week. Was given a two bedroom on account of no 1 beds available which is great. I then asked to extend at the monthly price listed on the website. He agreeed. When I went to pay for the extension he fought with me and tried to charge me an extra 700$ I explained the online monthly deal and he said they didn’t have such a thing. So I sent him a screen shot of their website. He then tried to make me pay for the two bedroom which I then sent him the screen shots of him stating they were upgrading me for free because they didn’t have any 1 beds left. Will never book here again. Not worth the price, run down and difficult staff. Update: Karim is now refusing to give my booking deposit back to cover his mistake of having me in the 2 bedroom suite. Would appreciate if upper management could contact me ASAP

One of the best hotels I ever had in my last 10 years of business tour. Recently I was looking for the best executive suites in Calgary for my annual business tour. Through online, I found Sunbeam Suites and contacted Karim (Owner). He was responded fast and done the good hospitality. Thanks Sunbeam Executive Suites. Will visit again.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunbeam Suites living in one of their 2 bedroom furnished apartments. The entire apartment was newly renovated - beautiful kitchen, new bathroom, new mattresses, and large screen TVs. We had privacy and a peaceful and quiet stay. But most of all, they have very courteous and polite staff. We highly recommend it to others visiting Calgary.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was great value for money and the price included wifi, cable TV, and parking. It was very spacious. Karim was very polite and courteous. I will stay there again on my next rip.
