Didn't ordered Pizza pizza since our last problem, guess what they couldn't make it again, ordered 2 pizza's get only one, see picture below. When called to complain, I was told that they are sending the missing pizza later. I had asked for a refund I was told that is not the policy. I guess the pizza pizza policy is not to deliver the order correctly ever.Pre ordered pizza around lunch time for 5:30 delivery, the pizza was delivered at 2:30. Driver realized at the door that the order said delivery for 5:30 so take the food back to the store. At 6 pm we had called about our food, we were told we had no order, and the order that was delivered at 2:30 that wasn't a pre order for 5:30pm. However,They promised to re make the order and send it, an hour later we had no food ,another phone call and about 10 minutes later we got our cold pizza. Will never order a pizza from this location.

I always order delivery, my food is always on time, and Tamanna is almost always the one that delivers my food. She is an absolute delight, super polite, and always makes sure to ask me how I'm doing. 10/10

Went here for lunch at 1pm on a Saturday. Absolutely nothing appealing ready to go, so I got a plain cheese slice, unfortunately after it spent about 15 secs in the oven it was served cold and covered in toppings from a dirty pizza cutter. Good job on the 33/66 cut though, nailed it!First and last time at this location. Health inspector, please!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Pizza, and I must say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious, but the delivery service provided by the delivery girl was exceptional.Kudos to Pizza Pizza and their amazing delivery girl for making my night memorable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work!

An hour and 25 min for cold gross pizza that was 40$. My kids refused to even eat it or touch it, I called to complain it was freezing cold and an hour and a half (almost).They wanted me to wait another hour and a half for another pizza instead of just crediting the pizza for another date as it was getting quite late(and we weren't going to stay up another hour and a half for another cold pizza. )Would not recommend and would not order from again.

This is a great place to get pizza, admittedly I have not gotten anything other than pizza here but I have been tempted, especially with the funnel cake fries...... someday I will lol. I love how crisp they can get the bottom of the pizza crust without out having it turn into a crunchy crust. The toppings are alway the right amount for us, not to much but not to little. Pizza pizza also has a rewards system set up so you can earn money" to put towards a purchase

ordered medium pizza with double cheese and two toppings and when i open the box the pizza was all plain and when i called them to check with them they said we don’t have tandoori paneer for topping very bad service it was my first and last time. NOT SATISFIED!

We ordered from Pizza Pizza on Feb. 14, 2022and our pizza came without our three cans of pop and dripping sauce. The delivery person said he would go back to the store and retrieve them. Time past and no pop or sauce. My mom phoned and they said they would bring it. Still nothing. My mom phoned again and they said she could have a credit for the pop and sauce. My mom said no because we don't want a credit because we won't be dealing with Pizza Pizza ever again. We received our pizza at 7:00 p.m. and the pop and sauce at 10:00 p.m. Poor Service.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering pizza from this fantastic establishment called pizza pizza and I must say, the delivery service provided by the pizza delivery girl was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional.First and foremost, the delivery girl was prompt and arrived right on time, which is always a plus when you're eagerly waiting for a delicious pizza. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly brightening up my day. Her professionalism and positive attitude were truly commendable.Not only was she punctual and professional, but she also took great care in handling the pizza. It arrived in perfect condition, piping hot and with all the toppings intact. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality product.Moreover, the delivery girl went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She patiently answered all my questions about the different pizza options and even provided some helpful recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu were impressive.What truly set her apart, though, was her exceptional customer service skills. Pizza quality is consistently poor, the delivery drivers are rude and slow. If it’s 50 mins or it’s free is a really long time to wait, Domino’s delivery is much quicker.
