Supplement King Markham

Knowledgeable staff clean store. Problem I had was I was looking for a sale item and they didn't have it and they tried to sell me on another less enticing product and not as good as the one I wanted. This was disappointing cause they didn't offer me a raincheck or give me something that they can honour the deal. This to me is a growing problem in retail they put out a sale but run out and don't want to honour once they sell out it's bad for the consumer which pushes them to go online smh.Response from the ownera week agoThanks for your feedback, Albert. Had the best shopping experience ever with a nice sales rep. He was a kind young asian male, I wish I got his name, so was super helpful. I wanted to start my gym journey and didn’t know where to start, he recommended me some great products that fit into my budget. Would definitely come back again.

Not just your average supplement store, prices are super competitive and the staff is super helpful and they really know their stuff! The owners are passionate about the fitness life and it shows! Looking for a specific product that was on website. Capable of looking myself. When I want help I'll definitely ask.Sales guy in store berated me while looking at ingredients or products on the shelf. He says I don't know why you're looking at that. Amazing staff! They all have loads of experience and provide great help with any questions you may have. The deals here are significantly better than its competitors for all the brands and products I normally use, not sure about other product price comparisons. Goodlife members get an additional discount on regular priced items. Glad to have this location close to Downtown Markham.

Best Price in town. They do price match but chances are, you dont need one. Friendly owner and staff. Excellent products knowledge and variety products/brands.....

I've been to many GNC's, Popeye's locations, but Supplement King is, BY FAR, the best supplement store I've been to. Roanna and Kevin are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She recommended some great protein bars and I'll only be going back to her store for them. Prices are among the best in the industry and her stock is fresh because of the frequent product turnover. Super convenient below the Goodlife too. Highly recommended.

Great store. Excellent products with regular shipments coming in. If something is on sale they will let you know and have loyalty program. The only negative review on here doesn't explain why so I reported it. All the other reviews are excellent and the owners care #1 about your satisfaction as the customer. They have message of the week to motivate and price match for best prices. I used to shop mostly online, now I will walk across the street and purchase from this store for all my products. This place inspires me to hit gym again after I leave.
