I live in this community. For the past 2 months every morning my simple order of 2 coffees are wrong. Small DD and Small decaf reg. I am fed up. I will drive anywhere to get a coffee other than my hometown tim hortons of azilda. Mcdonalds. A &W . Country style i dont care at this point. Love tim hortons all my life and this Tim hortons screws up my morning everday. Its the worst thing to happen to coffee drinkers . The one things we look forward to in any given morning. Id post pics if i knew how are was able to. Dammm.. only fellow coffee drinkers know this feeling of being let down..

Can't make a wrap that isn't an absolute mess, my uniform is covered in greasy BBQ sauce from the chicken wrap Way too much sauce and did not give napkins, lady seemed annoyed I even asked for extra chicken. I asked for the extra chicken to mitigate the absolute mess of sauce they put on these things.Employees need to be trained on how to make a wrap properly.

Convenient stop but how difficult is it to have two operational iced capp machines, with one being a backup. Also add in an exit lane so your customers aren't stuck behind a line of cars instead of waiting for nothing.

I go through the drive thru often enough, the amount of times I don’t get what I order is unacceptable. I’m very clear when ordering, but literally every time they find a way to screw it up. EVERY TIME! I really don’t understand how they are consistently wrong. It’s not rocket science. And don’t get me started on the lids

Very slow. Also drove away and then when I opened my food to eat it, it was not what I had asked for.
