Absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received from Nora. I Bought some hunter boots that were a little tight in the calf and nobody in town could help me make them any more comfortable. I went to see Nora after seeing a video online of somebody putting a zipper in some. Nora advised against this because she said it would ruin the boots because the zipper Would not stitch properly into the rubber and it would come apart, but she came up with a better solution to loosen the calf and make my boots more stylish. Even better she had them ready within three days for me. I will definitely be back I love my new boots!

Great work and affordable prices! I have to have all my shoes customized for health reasons and it usually costs me an arm and a leg to get 1 pair done, always leaving me with only 1 or 2 pairs for all seasons. Since fiding this amazing company I have been able to build up shoe collection to cover all my needs.Thank you for your hard work!

I am so pleased with my experience with Erhards and will highly recommend to everyone. I had a pair of incredibly well used Tory Burch Sandals, which cost a small fortune, and I wasn't ready to throw them out (even though they looked like they should have been.) I brought them in, and got a call three days later to say they were ready...to say I am floored is an understatement. The sandals were completely taken apart, and re-built like new. Thank you Nora!
