Say Cheese Fromagerie Inc.
When I first arrived to this shop I looked up to the cheese board menu. There were hundreds of names of cheese and I felt overwhelmed. Now years later after being walked through the world of cheeses by all the amazing staff I can call myself a cheese expert… well not quite, but I can’t wait to try something new next week from my favourite little cheese shop! Highly recommended for those who want to delve into the world of fine cheese.

My husband and I visited recently and we will never go back. We were approached by a very unpleasant person working at the cheese counter. She was rude, short, and made us both very uncomfortable. We were nervous to even ask questions.

Awesome products and knowledge but ask the tall guy for help if you need anything. My wife and I got accosted by a very nasty and rude blonde woman before I even had a chance to do something that would upset her. Recommended the store but not that associate.

I've been buying cheese from Say Cheese since about 2014 and I can't say I've ever been disappointed. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful and their selection is fantastic. This is also a great place to get extras to eat with your cheese or a cheese-related gift. In fact, I'm on my way there in a moment to buy more cheese.

Any time I head to Crossroads Market I make sure to stop at Say Cheese and rarely leave empty handed. There are so many varieties of cheese, along with all sorts of other little nibblies you need to go along with - preserves and mustards, crackers, olives, it’s a snackers delight. Isaac and the staff are all kind and knowledgeable and are happy to offer samples. If you need good cheese, this is the place to go! Bonus tip - always check the markdown cooler, there are many cheese deals to be found.

Great service. They have a wide selection of imported cheeses, jams, and more that can't be found in the city. Always try the recommendation and ask about their cheese club. if you're lucky you may be able to pre-order some fresh truffles!

Amazing gem of a cheese-shop in the best market in Calgary. Excellent recommendations for new cheeses to try - I've bought the best cheddar, mozzarella, and brie I've ever tasted from here. If you're a cheese aficionado you'll be blown away, if you're a cheese newbie they'll steer you in the right direction. Very highly recommended!
