Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Dairy Queen was always known for 15 min wait time for as long as I can remember but this location is great. Drive through is insanely quick and employees are friendly. Every time I’ve gone there was no line up. They are on it!

Ordered a B-Day cake over the phone. I was asked if I wanted it personalized. I requested they put DAD in one of the stars. I picked up the cake before heading to the birthday celebration. They decorated the cake with Dad in one of the picture star" on it. Disappointing....I had no choice but to accept it since we were heading to the party.I was contacted by the owner of this franchise. He apologized for how his team handled this mistake and also sent me a cheque refunding the purchase price. I have edited this review since I feel this issue has been resolved."

Love this location! Great food and service! BUT NOT TODAY very unpleased with the service. Brought in 7$ and the super snack deal is normally 5$ but they bumped it up to 7$??!? Crazy for just a small fry and a medium drink?! I asked if I could just give them the 7$ bc it was only 7.15 didn’t want to go back to the car they said no you have to pay the full amount in a very rude way I was completely understanding and was going to pay but the rudeness of the employee was enough to get me out of the store and didn’t realize it was that expensive! Wont be coming back for a long time. It’s so sad thinking that the owners of this location are very nice people. It’s hard to believe they would hire these kind of employees.

I will never return to this location. First they forgot about my order and by the time I got my order, the people I came in with had finished their meals and ice cream. I politely asked the staff about my order and they said they forgot and made it. When I received my smartie blizzard, it had chocolate sauce in it which I wasn’t aware of at the time I ordered — I really do not like chocolate. I asked the girl at the counter if I could please have it re-made without chocolate sauce and explained that I didn’t know it had it, and she told me no and was extremely rude about it. She told me I received the correct order and that she was too busy to re-make it for me. After arguing with her for several minutes, she re-made the blizzard but was very rude and told me that next time she will not re-make it for me. I felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unappreciated here. The service I received was honestly atrocious.

This dairy queen is my personal favourite in Victoria! The staff are friendly, it goes fairly fast given that most things are made to order. Family friendly, some parking, not a lot but I typically go through drive thru!Very nice and will go again every time!

I only ever buy ice cream here through the drive thru. Two out of three times my sundae order (the same every time I order a sundae) isn't correct. It doesn't stop me from coming back though. Maybe I'd have better luck going inside, but I like the convenience of the drive thru.

This location hasn't been open for long, the service is usually pretty quick, lots of different desserts to pick from, I especially like the Frozen cooler The peanut Buster bars.They have a great deal on a meal that comes with a Sunday, hot seller. I recommend if you have young kids that's the meal you get.

I use this drive through every week and a half or so; and today, the attendant was confused and incompetent. In spite of repeating my order to him three times at the intercom, and once at the window itself, he still got my order completely wrong. I ordered a regular hamburger, no cheese and extra onions and a large chocolate shake. Instead, I received a single bacon ranch burger and a strawberry shake. Need someone of competence taking orders.
