By far the worst Thai Express. Horrible service, horrible delivery . The cashier barely speaks French or English, the guys in the kitchen give you a death look while your waiting for them to prepare food.For delivery, because they do not speak English or French , they bring you the wrong orders and then they yell at you when you call them and tell you “You wong, don now what you want”. If you want to enjoy a nice meal and to stay relaxed do not deal with this circus of a restaurant. Thai Express should be more diligent when handing out franchises as this makes the overall product bad when in reality, it is the incompetence of the people running the place. This has happened to me more then once so I figured I will take the time to write a review in hopes of sparing others the frustration of dealing with these rude people. Take your money elsewhere!!

I ordered a Thai soup and spring roll on Uber on March 21, the beef was soggy and way over cooked , 80% noodles not much of any other veggies. The broth had leaked all over in the bag and on the spring roll that was in a paper bag. I didn’t touch any of the food and it all went in the garbage. Wrote to them on Uber and sent a picture. No refund no message. Never again… whoever is taking care of cooking ur meat and making the plates isn’t doing a good job. I use to love Thai express it’s ruined for me now.

I have had the pleasure to eat at this restaurant chain a few times now. The food is always cooked to order, therefore it is always fresh. When we received our order it looked like a small plate but it was very filling and very enjoyable .

I rarely take the time to write a comment but man this is something else.I got 2 pad thai, one boeuf extra general tao and another one crevettes, and I paid extra to get the black bowl instead of the small paper box.The bowl was HALF EMPTY no exaggerations, so I asked the guy why is it like that, he said : you paid for the plastic, not the food. So I emptied the box in the bowl.Are you kidding me? I always order from thai express and pay for extra to the bowl to get it filled to the top. He charged me another extra for noodles. I’m not complaining about a 1.84$ extra, but this is RIDICULOUS. Forgot to say that their general tao couldn’t even be chewed by my dog.I recommend driving the extra mile to get your food from Thai Express St Martin.Plus, for the love of God, 3 employees, not a single one speaks French or English or even Spanish/Arabic (lol). How are you supposed to communicate and exchange with these guys ?!?!

Food is okay, regular thai express.But this location has some worst employees. Worst customer service compared to other Thai branches in Laval.We had the worst experience today. Employees shouting at us because one of us wanted to use the washroom, said it was for customers only, but we were just about to order. They did not even say their sorry. It was humiliating, people staring at us. I would not recommend to eat here if u want to feel that customer respect.

Went in to eat dinner with my vaccine certificates from Ontario. Followed all government protocols directly from Quebec.ca. Was told they did not care and I could not eat there. Shrugged when I showed my proof of vaccination. Highly recommend you research the current regulations before denying customers.

The staff was very rude and arrogant! And the food was disgusting and unappetizing. The beef and shrimp soup tasted dirty and noodles tasted like... Rubbery cardboard? Never coming back here again.
