I needed a dishwasher installed on short notice and Blue Ribbon was able to send a technician out in a timely manner. I assumed that an independent plumber would be able to install our dishwasher for a lower price than Lowe's (where we purchased the dishwasher), however the invoice was $30 more than Lowe's.On the phone I was told that the installation would take 1-2 hours, however, the technician was in our condo for 3 hours and I had to help with portions of the procedure. I did not think that a dishwasher installation could be that complex.Nonetheless, the job was completed, the old dishwasher was removed and I was only billed for 2 of the 3 hours.

It came time to replace 2 furnaces in my home last week, they were almost 30 years old. I had Blue Ribbon Plumbing Heating and Gasfitting do the work. They recommended great products and completed the work exactly as planned. The were professional in every aspect of the work including cleaning up after they were done. Blue Ribbon serviced our residential boiler and explained to us how our fan coil furnace worked. They offered great service and were patient in answering all of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and very honest in the type of repairs or maintenance we should consider to keep our system running well. We didn't feel like we were being upsold. Plus, they were super accommodating of our schedule. I highly recommend this company, and we will continue to use their services moving forward!

I have used Blue Ribbon Plumbing since I first met Joanne at a Biz meeting in January of 2019. They have always taken good care of us and the folks we have referred them to. This morning was no exception! I was in my basement gym getting ready for a little exercise and heard what sounded like a little brook! I went into the mechanical room to investigate and hot water was pouring out of the bottom of the hot water heater! I called Joanne and by 3:30 The Amazing Jeremy had the new tank installed and we were good to go! He also looked over an issue with our humidifier and will be back on Monday to take care of it. Can't say enough good about these guys!!!

We needed to have our hot water tanks replaced, as they were leaking, and called the great team at Blue Ribbon Plumbing, Heating, and Gasfitting. They promptly dispatched Jeremy to assess the situation and take preventive measures to ensure the situation didn't get worse. The very next morning at 8:30, as promised, Joe and Mike arrived to remove and replace the two tanks. They were very professional, polite, efficient, and did fantastic work. When they were done, they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.My thanks to the entire team at Blue Ribbon for a job extremely well done. I would recommend this team to anyone needing their services.

Mike and Jeremy exceeded my expectations! They were professional and knowledgeable on all things plumbing. We had several items on our list from poly b replacement to a new bathtub/shower and hot heater. The entire team was so easy to work with through the whole process including recommending a tile installer. Highly recommend!!

A pipe froze in the wall over the winter, so we called them to take a look. Tech came on time, quoted a reasonable price, fixed the problem in no time and was able to take care of an irrigation system upgrade at the same time. Great customer service, quality and pricing. Will call them again.
