We needed custom pizza bags for our delivery driver. Le the owner went above and beyond what we agreed to and did not even charge us. He would rather keep future business than one and done.

I am so very grateful that we have a cobbler in Aylmer!His workmanship is truly amazing. The pride put into repairing, buffing and shinning really shows that the owner has a strong work ethic.My son was gifted a pair of barely worn dress shoes. When the owner informed me of the value my jaw dropped.I had some lifts done for my dad everything was explained in advance and ready in record time. He is often sought after and subcontracted out because of this talent.When the seamstress wasn't able to repair my denim pants (the material was too thick for her machine) she recommended that I bring them here. And again I left very pleased with the results.I have also had purses repaired here and never left disappointed. He really has an eye for what will look fashionably nice. We change out a strap and I've never been happier.Thank you for everything that you do and providing this much needed service to our community.

Great business and operator. My friend put my expensive leather coat over a fire at a restaurant and Le fixed it like it never happened. The huge hole in the arm disappeared! great craftsmanship - can't get any better in Ottawa or Gatineau. WORTH THE DRIVE!

Excellent quality repairs at very fair prices. I have been there with riding boots that were too tall, winter boots where the zipper needed replacing, and even a ripped awning.

I've been twice over the last 6 months, and both times, I was satisfied with price, turnaround, and quality. He walked me through what he was going to do and why, confirmed my agreement.This owner cares about the work he does and is conscientious. He now has my confidence, and I will return there for all my shoe repairs.The owner is a positive person, reasonable, and takes pride in his work. He goes above and beyond to add little things like free insoles and an over the top shine... he even tells you to stay out of the salt!!! He cares about small details, and it shows in his results. Leather repaired, whole boots buffed and shined. Soles and heels replaced. New insoles put in as a freebee! $80 bucks.Task 2 - Repair my $300 dress shoesStatus: Soles peeling away from the shoes, salt damage, no insoles.Result: Shoes ready NEXT DAY. Leather repaired, shoes buffed, new soles bound with stitching, free insoles added. $50 bucks.I am happy to provide this business owner with a FIVE STAR review.

This gentleman can fix anything, and pretty affordable too; I actually think he is not charging enough for the amount of skill and work involved. Not to mention he is a great guy too.
