For a deep tissue massage, Joan (owner) is second to none! Her experience with deep tissue and fascial work is the best I've ever had. Her team of RMT's are so caring and most friendly...in addition to their experience. I've had massages from all RMTs at the clinic. Her Acupuncturist is so detailed and felt better after one treatment. I was injured and required immediate attention....she truly went out of her way. After the first treatment I was able to get a much better sleep. I always leave Heart n' Soul totally relaxed and grateful.

I absolutely adore the team at Heart & Soul and especially Joan who have helped me on my healing journey. I usually come in to see Joan for massage therapy. She is so passionate about her calling as a healer and is so devoted to her practice. I step out lighter, happier, and with a fresh perspective about my week ahead. During my sessions I can finally relax, and hit pause on all the stress that life can bring. The studio is calming and radiates warmth and peace.If you want a refresh, I highly recommend Heart & Soul! Thank you so much Joan, you are amazing!

I have been coming to Heart & Soul for years now and so thankful I found this place. Joan is so kind and passionate with her work. I come for Reiki sessions here and everytime I leave feeling lighter, happier and more connected to myself. I recommend all my friends to come see her.

I just completed a life-changing Reiki Level II training at Heart and Soul (also completed Level I here). For anyone that has met Joan, you will already know that her deep wisdom and extensive healing knowledge has the power to create and support energetic shifts in the mind, body and soul. I am ever grateful to have met her and to have participated in this training. I also want to acknowledge the wisdom and support of the other teacher at the training, Jodie. Outstanding RMT massage. I was very impressed with the level of expertise and knowledge each and every RMT had. Highly relaxing experience every time. Joan and her staff are incredible at going above and beyond to meet my healing and restorative needs. Very easy to book as staff are very accommodating with great hours. I Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for true healing and restoration.

I looooved this place! Cassis was amazing in treating my TMJ and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly where my pain was and where my migraines were most prominent without me even telling her - just based off her feeling my face. She gave me not only a great massage, but a lot of tips to manage/prevent some of the pains I’ve been having. Will definitely be going back.
