Online shopping site has been down for weeks. Sent multiple emails. All have been ignored. Went into the store in search for hello kitty/Sanrio stuff but was disappointed with the little selection in store. There are lots of Sanrio stuff on they’re website but i can’t order it or view it because whenever I click the “shop online” button it takes me to a blank page. Tested this out on many different phones and devices and it’s all the same. Please fix your online site

A sweet selection of cutesy goods (phone chargers, face-care items, household accessories, stuffies) for low prices! Very clean, well organized, and stocked to the ceiling. Love love love this location!

Dated : July 19 @ 1500 hrsTrust meYou can’t find worst and rude service like thisFirst of all no staff member were visible, customers were Waiting on Checkout.When we saw a staff member my wife approached and asked for the item we needed. He muffled something and ignored. She again approached him and asked if there is any sample available to try like similar head sets. Wry Rudely he replied “NO”.We left all our purchases over there and walked out of the store. They have good products but That comes with rude services

Nice selection of inexpensive items (plush toys, personal care, figurines, decor, cheap electronics). Staff are rude, and don’t seem to want customers in their shop. No returns or exchanges. Bring your own bag, or pay 20 cents per bag for plastic.

Retailer specializing in high-quality, designer Lifestyle goods at a low-price. They lots of different products that includes clothing, electronics, health and beauty, stationary, household necessities, snacks, toys and many more. Majority of their products are fairly good quality with a reasonable price. There seems to be a greater selection than the Northside location.

Very neat selection of unique department store goods, at very good prices. They are very upfront with a “all sales final” policy but everything I bought has been quite durable and good quality so no worries there.

It’s frustrating when they dont abide by their store hours (posted online and at the main door). I arrived at 6:10 when their hours stated they re open until 7. Except the staff inside refused to let anyone enter. I could came early but allocated my time based on their hours. It s an inconvenience that could easily be avoided. Update your store hours.

cool products sold at this store, i really really love the circle pillows they offer in an assortment of colors. i sleep with them every night. it breaks my heart miniso doesnt sell them anymore or else i would stock up with like 15. great store. employees are never enthusiastic, but i dont really care as long as i come in and find what i need.
