I tried this restaurant for the first time having dinner with my family on Sunday evening on August 7.We were seated on the patio. The view of the boats is amazing making you feel like in the Caribbean.The service was good.The menu is a bit limited and the food is average.Will like to try it inside as it was windy outside.

The Team at the Boathouse Oakville Place location are amazing. Emily their manager is the best. She took care of my online return and made the whole process easy when other locations were extremely unhelpful. Appreciate the support.

The manager there is really aggressive, loud and rude. She doesn’t understand the product. She kept talking to the other employee while he was trying to help a customer. This store used to have amazing customer service but ever since she started working there the customer service went down hill. All of the good employees have left.

I found the staff really unhelpful with doing an online return. Which I ended up having to return to the sender... Which noone at the store helped me with. I had to email the company to get directions on what to do. The staff also seemed like it was a really big bother helping out the only person in the store. I've been here before too and never really had stellar service.

We came to Boathouse to celebrate my birthday with my husband and two children on a Saturday. The food was average but the service stood out badly as the manager was rude and unprofessional. We were having lunch on the patio when it suddenly rained. We asked the manager for a table inside and she said it wasn’t possible and that they would pack our food in boxes according to the policy we accepted when booking our table. They ended up giving us a table inside, where they had plenty of tables available. We don’t recommend this place as it’s pricy and below the standard.
