Nilesh was the Realtor I hired when selling my business. He was very knowledgeable and honest from day one. He has many years of experience which made me feel very comfortable. He found me a buyer and on the day of closing after all the work was done the buyers financing feel through. The deal was dead at no fault of Nilesh what so ever. He was there to support me in anyway he could. We re listed the business right away and he quickly found me another buy that did end up closing. It was a extremely stressful time but it helped knowing that Nilesh had my back. That second buyer closed the deal with no issues. I ended up taking the first buyer to court to help cover my damages. It was a 2 year process, 5 day trial and Nilesh was there to support me every step of the way. He did not have to but that is the integrity he has.
