Came out feeling sicker than I went in, went to reception, filled out forms, waited in waiting room, then got sent to doctors room, got blood pressure taken, left for 15 minutes then told I should go see my family doctor as their doctor has now seen her number of patients for day and asked me to leave, now too late to go to another clinic, reeling very disrespected and disappointed. Minus stars if I could.

The doctors are nice,But they make you wait more than 45 mins every time even after making appointment.

Receptionist and LPN were nice. However, the doctor who had seen me was a different story.Dr. ** (no name - deserves another chance in case she was having a bad day.)I was taken aback by her demeanor. Came in haste, left in haste. No sign of interest, just looked at the symptoms and not the person. No compassion at all. Told me to see my doctor. Well, in the first place if my doctor was not on vacation, I wouldn't have seen her. It just made sense that one of the patients she attended before me was so fired up while complaining to the MOA.

5 stars for Dr. Straza, he’s right to the point and gets you on your way. 0 stars for the reception. They disregard anything you say and appear to hate their jobs.

I have a complaint about Doctor Nusrat Asif . She is always rude during the phone consults. First off all , you don’t start a phone call by yelling at the phone , saying Who is this??? What happened to our manners? Secondly, why does the phone consult exists if you are going to ask me , why I don’t come to the clinic?She is always angry ,after each call, I regret so much by choosing her to get a simple prescription-refill…Why can’t you be just nice and stop yelling at patients on the phone? Is it that difficult?

If i can give them 0 starts i would do it doctor who assisted us is very rude like if you dont like your job then dont do it. me and my dad went in to have an appointment but the doctor who assisted was just saying for what for what when were telling him the issue i would never go back to this place. Wasted an 30mins for line up and wasted another 45mins just to be called and not be assisted i would not recommend this place. I was gonna get then check me up as well since ive been having a slight pain on my throat but i never bothered after that Very UNPROFESSIONAL Very Rude Doctor Long white hair I didnt got his name i wish i did but anyways I would never go back.

I'm leaving review for doctor Lorne straza. I had throat infection and he gave me medicine for 6 days and on the 6th days im still sick and I ran out of medicine and came back to see him waited around 30 to 45 mins to see him again . He refused to give me more medicine and he made me go get my blood tested for a throat infection . I went to another doctor at a different clinic and this doctor told me blood test not required unless I'm sick for more than 14 days . What kind of a doctor waste people time to get blood test for a throat infection and won't give people medicine until thThey get their blood test . Unbelievable!!!! Don't go here and waste your time go somewhere else

Staff were very accomodating, been with Dr. Asif for sometime together with my family and she's nice, friendly and very professional.

Very bad service. Worst service. receptionist are the worst , they keep talking and ignoring clients in front of them. They say that you have to wait 30mins or more even though you have an appointment. They should close this kind of clinic. Waist of time.

I went twice when I've been feeling so bad, so sick, and those two the clinic has been close EVEN BEFORE 5PM, you can have an emergency they won't be there.
