My wife had known Mo since they were in high school, when we moved from Calgary to the lower mainland and were looking for a home Mo was the only realtor she could trust based on knowing him as a person growing up. Our initial meeting was great, at that meeting we met Sonia and both of them went through step by step the process of buying a home in BC. The downside was that we happened to jump into the market when houses were going for over asking and with multiple bids. Mo and Sonia both reassured us that our dream house was waiting for us and it was possible. Leaving the housing market in Calgary and jumping into BC's was intimidating, stressful, and upsetting. This was our first experience with the Mansour group. We worked with Mohamed, Sonia, Jaspreet. The experience was exceptional and above and beyond our expectations, truly! They were amazing right from the get go, in terms of understanding our needs and desires, short and long term goals...sharing data current and historical related to sales in the area based on recent trends/interest rates/inventory etc. We were informed about all the next steps through continuous and open communications. Within a few weeks we were able to successfully have our offer accepted on a desired property for under the price point of what we had envisioned. Mohamed and his team made selling my home and purchasing a new one easy. Mohamed suggested some changes to make my home sell faster and provided assistance in hiring contractors to do the work. My home looked great and sold over asking within a week. Sonia worked hard to enable me to purchase a wonderful condo in the perfect location.

We had an amazing experience buying our first home with Sonia and the Mansour group. She educated us prior to looking. Let us know what to expect and how the current market is and made everything easy throughout the whole deal. She was very understanding. It took us a while to find a home but she was very patient and very positive. She was always out to save money since she knew we worked hard to save up for a down payment. It was a great experience for us especially since it's our first time. We had some issues with the seller but Sonia helped us deal with it right away and everything went smoothly.
