Very happy with my purchase. I felt really bad because they had to stay open a little bit longer for me. The women were very helpful with my needs and made me feel very welcome.Got exactly what I wanted.The birthday give I got was a smash!

Never dealing with the store in Quesnel again. Awful return policy. I was gifted a chain from my husband that did not fit quite how I liked. I returned, was unable to return to my debit card so had to wait for a cheque in the mail... it took a week, fine whatever. I went to pickup the cheque, the lady would not give it to me since it was not in my name. The necklace was bought for me as a gift... it should have been in my name. Lesson learned - shop elsewhere. It is hard to support local when local makes it so difficult.

My experience with them was awful.I had to phone head office to get any helpful information about the item we purchased.Was told it would be 4 weeks ended up being 9 weeks.
