North Oshawa Rehab & Foot Clinic

I have been receiving massage therapy here for the last few months from Peter and Haidi... both are great at what they do! And very friendly!I haven't worked with Anne or Nick, but they're always cracking jokes, very friendly, and create a friendly environment!However, the front desk needs a lot of work at this clinic! First of all, one of the receptionists (I believe her name is Allison) is not welcoming at all... No smile, no friendly greetings from day one! (Ambrene though is always smiling and friendly!) Second of all, the two receptionists have been relaying different information to me in regards to my billing from the beginning. I wasn't informed that I have to complete all of my appointments within a certain time frame otherwise they would become void even though they are charged for! The last few weeks I had more trouble with my billing... so today, I asked Allison as to how many appointments I've been billed for and how many I have left... she told me something different from what Ambrene stated. I asked her why I got billed for what I did and why Ambrene told me something different. She gave me an explanation that I didn't understand... when I asked her further questions, she got irritated, started sighing, and stated I wasn't here at that time

I needed to have physio for my shoulder and was seeing Shami. She was amazing. Explained everything really well, made me feel comfortable and was great to work with. The staff are all very friendly. If I ever need physio again I'll be going back here.

I was there for foot care. Heyyy, not for me. Service: none. The lady (so-called foot care doctor) didn't do anything for me. She prescribed me an amasil and asked me to return after a week or 2. She was sneezing and coughing constantly. She supposed to be off work for recovery.Appointment cancelled. I paid my $65 for nothing. Not me. If you got solution, keep going.A man who is working there: talking very loud non-stop.

Saw Dr. Nick for the first time today. Very personable, empathetic and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain his findings and to let me know what treatment he was doing and why. So glad I went there today! Additionally, the admin staff at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this facility, attended 1week after total knee replacement, from hardly being able to bend my knee to almost full use thanks to therapist Swati Kukrega her treatment and coaching plus the home exercises she gave me have worked wonders after only 7 weeks, I would definitely recommend this facility, and this therapist. I feel like I have got my life back

I am a return patient to this clinic. I first went here for help last year when I had a concussion. I returned a month or so ago after a car accident. My physiotherapist, Ann, is amazing. She some how makes physio exercise less stressful than they probably are. All of the staff here are on the ball. They are very punctual, professional, and genuinely nice people to be around. I highly recommend coming to this clinic.

I was involved in a car accident and North Oshawa Rehab was recommended to me. Shambhavi is an excellent physiotherapist. She changed my treatment as needed by adding new exercises or decreasing things if I had a set back. She is understanding and kind. I really appreciated her expertise and commitment to getting me back to pre-accident movement. Shambhavi and the staff at the clinic have dealt with the various insurance companies to make the whole process easier.

I had a couple of massages there, pretty basic, nothing special. The second time the technician chewed and snapped their gum the whole time and outside the treatment room two employees were joking and talking loudly. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
