We rented bikes one day of our road trip around BC and we were very surprised - hire price was more expensive comparing to other rentals in BC and staff was so unkind as well. We were even scolded for going on dirt roads. If we come to this beautiful town sometimes in the future again, we will not use this bike shop.

My Trek Madone road bike needed a thorough going-over and tuneup. I amvery pleased with the improved feel and operation of the bike after Jody and crew worked on it. I appreciate that although this shop was very busy with work from locals (presumably who might be repeat customers), Jody was able to get my bike done even though I am from Southern California and may not be back for more work at this shop.

Picked up my new altitude a30 today. Just wanna say thanks. Great place, great people.very highly recommend this local company 100%.

Everyone in there is always helpful and look after you. Lots of product variety, and one of the very, very few in Canada that carry the Relevate Designs line this side of the border.Awesome store.

Just bought my first serious (see expensive) MTB from Bootleg Bike. I came in looking for a good deal and they offered an insane deal on a year old demo bike. Never felt pressured and was given ample time by pretty much everyone there to answer all my questions.The bike is used but they did a service so it feels like its brand new (looks like it too!). Its a sweet ride and i've been really enjoying it so far. I even got some good deals on accessories!Great place, great bikes, great staff and great prices. Special thanks to Richard!

The Bootleg Bike Co. staff ROCK! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every time I have booked my bike in they do a great job, it's done when they say it will be done, and it's done right! Their work is off the chain...no wait...they would totally put that back on for you. Let's just say they are AWESOME and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their bike like a first child. Keep up the great work!!!

Awesome experience with these guys. They built my bike and helped me with the details to make sure I got the best value parts for what I wanted to accomplish. Jody is a great mechanic, gave valuable advice, and truly appreciates the customers. Will definitely be recommending Bootleg for builds and repairs

Matt, Tamer & the crew at Bootleg are super awesome!! My bike had a pesky issue all week that was elusive and hard to diagnose. There was no “well we will see if we can get you in next week” or “drop it off tomorrow and we will hope to get time to look at it in a few days” type of BS. I was leaving town and had a big stage race coming up and was kinda desperate. They simply immediately dropped what they were doing and jumped in with ideas and solutions. It took a few attempts but eventually they quickly worked through many different fixes. They found some other items that they quickly addressed and eventually discovered the issue. They all made me feel like I was the most important person in the store, in spite of the fact that they were super busy and there were many other customers every time I went in. And those other customers were also getting top notch attention!! These guys run a tight ship and obviously work under the ethos that they want people to get back on the trails asap. This philosophy should be adopted by all other bike shops. In the end it was only $65 over a couple different visits and they earned every penny of that and more. I can’t believe how reasonable the cost and how perfect their service was!!! Simply a perfect experience at Bootleg!! And free stickers!!!!!! Bam!!!!Cheers crew!!!Paul Beattie
