Excellent customer service and QUALITY clothing.Pat treated me extremely well and helped me with my needs,I was filming a commercial and needed clothing ASAP and Gary Waters provided exactly what I needed within a day.

a complete rip off with their return policy. purchased an item for a gift and my friend wasn't very fond of it. next day i came back to the store, the cashier and the owner would not accept it. tags still on, blazer wasnt worn and i met all the requirement for the return policy and yet they were not willing to refund it for me which makes no sense..unable to sell this on the floor due to stain marks..." BEWARE EVERYONE."

This is the best place to shop in the Niagara region. The customer service is outstanding. Hannah is one of the best sales and customer service rep that I have ever encountered. The shopping experience at Gary Waters is 5 star!

Mid sep 2022 I bought an outstanding $275 Eton dressshirt for a wedding. It fit nice instore (saleslady Jackie was really helpful btw) but when i got home, i realized i made an impulsive buy and shouldve bought a half size up just incase i regain some lost muscle from the pandemic (as i just re-activated my gym membership.)Shirt was not worn for the occasion and still had tags on it with receipt. Within a week i contact the store to see if I could exchange for half a size up, they initially AGREED, but when they went to look for my ideal shirt size, it was not in stock and i had to wait for a new one. At this point i could not risk waiting because the wedding was coming up and I saw Harry Rosen in Toronto had my size available for pickup. I asked if i could just get a refund but the manager refused a refund due to covid rules!!! and only offered store credit/exchange.Funny how the manager’s logic is he’d accept the shirt for an exchange/store credit which is aparently ‘covid-safe’, but ohno as soon as you want to return it then covid covid covid….The pandemic is winding out, Arrivecan is finally getting scrapped , and just when you thought pool noodles in golf holes was the dumbest covid precaution you can imagine, somehow this scammer finds a way to top it.I honestly wouldve opted for store credit as they have some really nice clothes, but with a possible recession looming + their desperate practice to take your $ and lock you in as soon as payment goes through, you cant expect them to be in business much longer!!Save yourself the trouble and shop in toronto!

Everyone in the store has a passion for well made clothes. They can help you on any occasion. If your like myself, lacking all knowledge of style, trends and fashion, this place can be intimidating, don’t let it be. Adam and his staff just know what’s up, and can help. It always feels good to work with a company that has a love for what they do, that’s priceless.

Met the owner in 2016 and again briefly in 2017 (after a few visits, in which each time I made purchases for myself and my son, mostly suits), and he, unfortunately, was quite unprofessional.I was a bit surprised by his arrogance and discourtesy considering his sales/stylist team were friendly and generally accommodating. I believe his name is Adam. And in hindsight I will likely not return to the store as a result.

The entire staff has great taste and creative style, the outfits they put together for me are always innovative and cool . The store itself has so much variety when it comes to fashion. Not just a suit store, should definitely check it out!

Went in to Gary Waters to pick out a few outfits for a vacation. I was very happy with the service! The sales representatives were very kind and offered me beverages multiple times! I dealt with Adam, he was very knowledgeable about fashion and he helped pick out some great looking outfits! I was very pleased, and i will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Entered the Store because it was listed as Men's Apparel in the Penn Center directory. I was assisted very quickly by a very nice man who sized me by eye in a few seconds and made a recommendation. The recommendation was too expensive, I told him such and he nicely helped me find something else on sale. It was also too expensive so he made a recommendation of another store I might try more in my range (again very politely). I found an almost identical product at the Bay for a fraction of the price (it was on sale). I would recommend Gary Waters if you enjoy being assisted by friendly, knowledgeable people and are willing to pay a hefty premium for it.

Amazing service! The staff were warm and welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I just recently purchased a pair of jean shorts and a blazer and I LOVE THEM! Great quality, amazing service, and great experience overall!
