I brought my car in for some servicing today and they also noticed I had a screw in my front tire ( I’ve been getting low air on that tire and filling it frequently, not knowing about the screw). My brakes were also making a noise, they noticed and fixed that for me as well. It’s nice to know that they are fixing things that I am also aware of. I am very impressed with the service I received today and will be letting everyone know. Great job guys!!!

I have gotten a synthetic oil change done here for the past two years and have had a very positive experience. James makes it very easy to book an appointment over the phone, and Don is usually the technician who services my vehicle. They are both very honest and even tested my battery upon request to let me know if it was close to needing replacement. Their inspection of the vehicle is also very thorough because they let me know if tires needed to be rotated or cabin filters needed to be changed- without forcing me to do it on the spot. I would highly recommend this location. The prices of oil changes have gone up over the past couple of years, but that is to be expected across the industry due to inflation and higher operating costs.FYI, this Haddington location is moving to Eagle St in July, so get your vehicle in before they are gone!

Nancy and the crew are always friendly and polite. Easy to get along with and straight to the point. I feel very comfortable leaving my cars in their care. They have the best prices for oil changes, just remember to call ahead and book an appointment. Thanks for the great service, always a pleasure.

The managers and the mechanics at this location are amazing! I brought my car in with a strange noise, thinking my exhaust system or Muffler was loose. They were awesome enough to not only squeeze me in last minute before a long weekend, but because my car was just a quick 10-minute fix with no parts required, they did it for free.. I was mind-blown, to know they they could have easily charged me for half an hour of labor but chose to do me a favor instead. I talked with the manager while my car was fixed, and found that the staff here is extremely down to earth. It reminded me of the good old days" when businesses were personable

Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. I am very happy with the service I received.

James quoted me $1,200-$1,500 tops for front and back breaks, i go into pay and he states the total is $2,300. I ask him what happened, he's like, oh we thought we could get away with your old parts, but we didn't. He never called me to tell me until i went to pick up my car. Unprofessional, horrible service. This place has gone down since the nice lady at the counter left. Never again, they ripped me off, and he was like nothing happened. Stay away, never again! Shame on you James, you will run this place to the ground, so sad.

The mechanic not only fixed the issues, that needed to fixed, he brought to my attention other issues, and fixed them as well. He was friendly, and made this a very customer friendly experience, and me and my Durango will be back.
