Today was my fourth visit to this dental centre. Every visit has been a good experience. From the cheerfulness of all the staff to the professionalism of Dr.Elle, I am more than happy to be one of their new patients.

Thank you for the kind and hassle free service. I am scared of dentists back home but Dr Sara treated me with such kindness that I was calm immediately. The moment you enter the clinic the upbeat music and warm welcome from the front desk makes you comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends for sure. Extra ⭐️⭐️ for them.

A super clean clinic with a huge office. A hassle free and prompt response. Thank you Dr Sara for the recommendations and the time you took to explain everything in detail. If you need to know what exactly is going on in your teeth, I would say please ask for her.

I had a tooth break suddenly and after years of skipping the dentist I called Speers Dental Center.To my surprise they took me the same day.That afternoon I had my tooth filled and was directly billed to my insurance provider.GG at reception was so friendly and explained everything.The staff were so professional and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I am generally a worrier....but these ladies made me feel I was in capable hands.She spent so much time making sure my tooth was just right. I'm 33 years old. I've been going to this dental practice since I was 16. Dr. Prelovic has been a great dentist and has had outstanding hygienists working for her throughout that time. However, this practice was sold and purchased by a different affiliate recently. Since that has happened, the quality control has diminished substantially or is non-existent. My last cleaning experience was an absolute nightmare, when I the hygienist how long they had been doing their job. They explain to me not very long. I then began to be worried as the last thing you want is someone cleaning your mouth with little to no experience. When I called in the office and ask them why my cleaning was 288 they explain some nonsense as it's how reflecting on the 2023 dental costs. There are people that currently work with who are paying as little as $150 to 170 so I'm unsure as to why this practice is gouging it's former clients. It's unfortunate to say but when You've been going somewhere for half your life and have to leave. Due to poor customer service and poor quality control. It leaves little to none to say about the business itself. If you can avoid this office at any cost, please do it will save your wallet and save you headache. The first thing the receptionist told me when I told her they lost a client was I don't care... If they don't care about their clients then what's the point of going there to be ripped off?. Strongly suggest you avoid speers dental at all costs.

I was very impressed with my visit to Speers Dental Centre. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The dentist was excellent and took the time to explain everything in detail. I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs
