We would give 6 stars if I could! I was very impressed with Jump Start Rentals from beginnings to end. The whole process was smooth. They came and set everything up, the bouncy castle was in Perfect condition and the kids had a blast on it all day! For pick up they came and picked everything up very quickly. We are already planning our second rental :)

Absolutely amazed by the service at Jump Start Rentals! Had originally ordered a smaller jump house for my daughters birthday because our backyard isn’t that big but upon set up it was a little too small for the amount of kids and space we had. I called them back and they were there within the hour changing it out for a larger one! They take 5 minutes tops set up and take down! Great pricing, great products and lovely service :) will be using again!

This company is fantastic! The ladies were professional and on time! They set everything up for you and answer any questions you may have! The bouncy castles are clean and in great condition! The children had a great time bouncing all day! The prices are reasonable and worth every penny! I would definitely rent from them again and refer them to anyone looking for a company to rent from!

Great professional service. Jump Start Rentals saved the day when another company claimed they weren't able to get a bouncy castle into my backyard an hour before our guests were arriving for my son's birthday party. We frantically called around trying to find an alternative, Jump Start was at our house 30 minutes later with a bigger castle, got it around back no problem and had he setup quickly. Definitely saved the day and the kids were so happy. We will be booking again for the next birthday.

If you are looking to rent, please save yourself the time in book with this company. They answered all my questions even at off hours (Sunday at 7:30pm, Friday before the party at 8pm). ALL STAFF we dealt with were awesome. Reasonably priced, showed up on time and communicated perfectly. No pressure from them. They do not require a deposit and said if the weather was bad, we could rebook no problem. This family run company is a step above all the competition hands-down. Thank you for making our son’s fifth birthday party memorable.

Anyone we interacted with was kind and excited to set up a good time for our child's party. Bounce house was in good condition and clean. Reasonable pricing. Set up and take down was all great. Party was a blast. 10/10 recommend. Will rent again.

Highly recommend! Nicole is amazing, and very easy to deal with. My son’s 9th bday and we rented the magic jumbo bouncy castle. The kids had a blast! I was happy seeing my son very happy with his friends . Thank you Jump Start!
