The aforementioned taxi company had exceptional service in the past, however, recent changes in its management have resulted in a significant decline in the quality of its services. Despite making polite and empathetic inquiries through phone calls, customers continue to receive substandard treatment. This trend is not restricted to a specific area, as complaints have emerged from various parts of the town. Consequently, the company's service standards have deteriorated to the extent that it has lost its credibility and no longer deserves any rating. Therefore, customers are eagerly anticipating the arrival of alternative ride-hailing services such as Uber.

My wife called for a van and they said to wait 45 mins, after 40 mins she called back and they said they never booked a cab for her and yelled at her. I am waiting outside over 45 mins for the cab and I have no idea how a business can disrespect a client like this. Never use their services please, if you don’t want to wait forever and get yelled at . Thank you

Terrible service. Called them an hr in advance on a Tuesday morning. Said they'd be there but weren't. When they didn't show up I called but they didn't answer so I called with a different phone and explained how your quality of life depends on ppl like me going to work. It was a ride to work not to go party or to the bars. I tip the driver everytime. Never again am I using this service.If I could give no stars, I would.

Booked the cab 24 hours in advance .Was assured the cab would arrive at 4:30 am. No cab ever showed. Called company and was told yellow cabs don't drive at this time of day!! You kidding me? Terrible company!

Tried to book an accessible vehicle for Saturday so my grandma could attend our our wedding brunch. Was told, with zero explanation, that they didn't have any vehicles. The dispatcher was curt and rude and offered no suggestions for alternatives. What a joke...

This place has horrible customer services i called and they could not even give me an estimate time for arrival and when i called back to see if the cab was close by 30 minutes later, i got shouted at i advice people find other reliable resources one that is slightly less rude: kami cab.Start using Uride and do better research this company is terrible

The service is awful. I booked it one day prior and the dispatcher told me that my booking is confirmed. The next day when I called them to know whether the cab will be on time. They put me on hold for a long time and when I disconnected and called them again, they didn't pick the call. After continuous trying to contact them, when the dispatcher took my call, he told me that there is only one can and it is very busy. And hanged my call. So what is the use of making prior booking if you cannot provide the cab on time. It was the worst experience with them. I will give zero stars to them and will prefer to give something below zero. But there is no other option than at least one star. You should understand that the customer trusts you and so start giving some importance to them. I will never use yellow cabs service.

Ridiculously disappointing. We booked a cab at 5 am and 50 minutes later it still had not arrived. Pathetic. I Attempted to call THREE times and let it ring a dozen times with no answer, eventually we were extremely fortunate to flag down a Kamis cab who was awesome. But my friends who are brand new to Canada from the Ukraine stillMissed there bus due to the wait and our inability to get ahold of anyone after being promised the taxi was being sent on its way immediately. I will walk next time before ever calling yellow cabs in Kamloops.

Told the cab the address, we stood outside and I missed a call. They claimed I wasn't outside but I saw them leave 1 block before my address and left us in the cold. No wonder why so many people drink and drive

Whoever stated that they received poor service must have been intoxicated..... heavily. I use these people daily and they are nothing short of professional, polite HONEST drivers. I am on crutches, they carry my bags once when I picked up items at Shoppers Drug Mart, AND open my door etc. Best cab service I have had from Toronto to the west coast..
