I have been visiting this clinic for quite some time now, it been an awesome experience for me, the doctors are nice and friendly, the staffs are also friendly and welcoming to the patients. The Dental Assistants are also nice and awesome. I would really recomend this clinic. Special thanks to everyone who’s working in this clinic. Thank you for a wonderful treatment.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment and had such an amazing experience. From front end to back all staff are amazing and so kind. I’m so pleased with the way the dentists and the assistants would pay so much attention to detail to ensure the perfect smile on me. Would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a good orthodontic office

Came to this clinic seeking collaborative orthodontic treatment for an underbite. They referred me to their closest ally, Kingsway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (KOS). Lacking orthognathic knowledge, I regretfully had no choice but to trust my medical professionals and consequently experienced my most traumatic medical encounter. Upon return, I never asked LO to claim responsibility, however, I expected some form of empathy. Dr jay never acknowledged what I went through and just said “Moving forward...” Michelle (operations manager) constantly diminished my concerns by consistently bringing up LO and KOS’s 5-star reviews. Although I was the one who paid for the consultation out of pocket, she gaslit me by telling me that other places were cheaper although it was in fact 4x more than my new surgeonIn one scenario under the direct care of LO, I showed up about 10 min late and Joe (medical assistant) was extremely visibly frustrated. She hit my face (around the outsides of my mouth) on multiple occasions. As I reported this to the receptionist, I was assured I would never have to see her again. Despite this, they disregarded my complaint as she was assigned to my care 4-5 times after the initial incident. LO responded that they prioritize patient care and that “[Joe] is the most talented and efficient assistant in Edmonton.” They stated that she had never had any prior complaintsAnother scenario occurred during my band fittings, an appointment that lasted about 3 hours consisting of an assistant’s entire body weight placed solely upon my jaws. As it was a long and painful session, the assistant told me to notify her if I needed anything, whether to use the washroom, stand up, or take a break; however, upon request to utilize any of the provided options to gain some temporary relief, I was denied at several attempts. I would ask things like “can I use the washroom?”, “can I stand up?”, “can we take a break?”, etc. but the assistant met my predicament with “do you really need to?” or “we're almost finished here” even though we weren’t. I was just expected to endure the entire 3 hours with no exceptions and I did.Other specific scenarios will not be recognized as “they were not documented,” even though I have reported additional incidents through receptionists that were not noted within my file. Eventually, my case was brought to higher management. My concerns were countered by LO consistently re-establishing their 5-star review. In moments of vulnerability, I was simply told, “we don’t have complaints about our clinicals.”Eventually, I expressed to Michelle regret about paying in full and she replied, “We would never hold your money hostage.” I was then presented with the ultimatum of continuing treatment with LO or leaving to a different clinic with an 80% refund contingent on a contract restricting my ability to speak on my physical and mental mistreatment under LO. Not wanting to be silenced, my peaceful departure was hindered. When asked how I would be treated differently if I stayed, I was told, “We take pride in the work we do, so like going forward, you say ‘what are we gonna do to make it better’ but like I do think our standard is quite high here like that’s why we have the reviews we do this is just a tough situation.” With no reassurance that my mistreatment would change if I stayed and my money quite literally being held hostage, my case was delayed significantly. Similar to the situation with the medical assistant I was told I would never have to speak to Michelle again. This was not true and In fact, Michelle was ultimately the one dealing with my case. In the end, the only form of apology I have received is for how I felt and how it wasn't up to my standards/expectations. In the end, I left this clinic with trauma and regret.

Just finished my invisalign treatment with Level Orthodontics North clinic and I am very happy with the result. They are professionals and you won't regret coming here. I also liked that all my appointments were without wait times.Great customer service and good location.

The best orthodontics place everr. I had a big overbite and a narrow pallete so they gave me a pallete expander to make my mouth wider and then gave me braces for about a year. Its been about 9 months since my braces have been removed and now i have permenant wire across my teeth so they dont drift apart and now i am wearing retainers at night. highly recommend everyone is so nice too!

My daughter has braces and level was the best priced and most friendly orthodontist we found. They also direct bill which is a huge plus. My daughter says they make you feel welcome and good about it instead of it being a torture device.

Very friendly Knowledgeable staff. Always ready to accommodate and fit is in when a bracket comes off. Also a great price!
