I highly recommend all the services FSI has to offer!I received my very first facial from Skye and absolutely loved it, she was so kind and very gentle during the facial. The entire staff is incredibly nice and very well educated!I have referred many of my friends and family to this medical spa and I can not wait to continue coming back and exploring more of the services that they have to offer!

I did my forehead and around the eyes with Nikole, she is very gentle and have very light hands with the needle and the results are amazing i’m loving it and will always go back. Highly recommended. Thank you Nikole!

I experienced a vitamin drip treatment this past weekend at the Five Star Image Medical Spa. To say it was an amazing experience is an understatement. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I was spoiled! The staff and facility exudes a calming professional feeling. Skye is the perfect person to get your appointment started, from the warm welcome to the delicious Latte! Kim completed my treatment for me. She was amazing to say the least. I didn't even feel the IV enter my hand :) Her bedside manner is second to none! I would definitely recommend this Medical Spa, I know I will be back! Thank you ladies!

Five Star Image Medical Spa is a new spa located in Essex and appropriately named. From the time you walk in their new facility, during your treatment using state of art equipment to when you make your next appointment, you are treated with five star service by their Team. Their Team is very knowledgeable and well trained in the services/treatments they provide. I would highly recommend their spa.

Excellent professional experience, Shelby and the team were very accommodating the second I booked my service. For anyone looking to get a leg up on their overall health and well-being this is a one stop shop. I came in for a vitamindrip iv treatment and am blown away by the results. My skin, mental clarity, and energy levels have been elevated substantially! Would highly recommend!!!

Five Star Image Medical Spa
If you need a relaxing facial please please please go to this place and ask for Skye ! I never had a facial before and Skye set the standard so high that i don’t think I'm gonna go to anyone else but her. The environment is so friendly and the staff is phenomenal. I recommend coming here for all your medical aesthetic needs.
