The items were nicely displayed at every aisles just couldn't find staff for assistance. I like the Canadian weekly offer before but NOW with SUBSCRIPTION fee of $89. NO, can't do. I only do or come to the store if I could not find the items anywhere else.

Great store, with exceptional employees ready to help and get you what you need in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, above and beyond any Canadian tire I have ever been to.

Terrible customer service - Auto Service Department. Tuesday of last week I contacted the Owen Sound Canadian Tire auto service department, as I was having ongoing issues with a tire decided to replace all four tires on my truck. I called in at approximately 4:50 PM and spoke with an employee, M" and provided him with the brand I prefer

Really like this store- huge inventory and variety of products. Great sales. The website is easy to navigate and rarely are they out of stock. Helpful staff.

I love online ordering. Walk in the online order pickup door, show them your email confirmation, they give you your order, and you are on your way home.

I've had nothing but terrible experiences with the auto service department. Every time I bring my truck in, I need to bring it back a second time, or bring it to a new mechanic. I was told that I need to make two separate appointments to switch over my tires each season, one for the tires and another to reset my tire monitoring system. It is absolutely absured that this cannot be done at the same visit. The staff are rude and the customer service is awful.

If you’re painting large spaces/ trim and doors I would not recommend CT based on the fact that their stock is unreliable. I have had to source out other stores for this reason and some associates have been helpful where others were less than… in conclusion after several calls I have discovered premier extra has discontinued some of their paint products and I am now needing to use a different product to finish baseboards and trim in my house so unless you’re doing quick, white paint Reno’s then don’t bother.

I like the store, but man is it hot in there. I wonder if there is a problem with the air conditioning. I couldn't stay too long it was way too stuffy, did not make shopping very enjoyable, went for 3 item but only left with 1...it was too humid

This store has never been helpful, but my experience tonight with the manager really sent me over the edge.I went in to purchase a matching dumbbell of one I purchased a month ago, to the day. The tag on the shelf read $77.99 even though the app was only reading $55.99. If the app and website is telling me one price, and your shelf is telling me it’s $22 more you would assume your tag is wrong.The staff member told me he would call a manager to take a look, that manager was not only rude to the staff member who called him, but then also rude to me. After explaining to him the situation he told me I could just pay the shelf price because that was the price and he’s even seen things go up $100 in price. When I was talking to the cashier when purchasing a different item she told me that the particular manager is never kind to any of the staff and other people have given similar feedback. I understand many things are increasing in price right now, but the app wasn’t even reflecting what the shelf said.I’ve previously dealt with this manager before and got the same treatment. It’s worth driving to the Port Elgin store for any of your needs, but this manager needs some training on how to be kind.
