Great customer service and good prices. Went in for skates for my 4 year old the guy who helped us was fantastic. Came back to pick them up after being sharpened and ended up getting a pair for myself as well.

I brought my brand new figure skates here to have them sharpened and to have the first pick (the lowest one) removed. THE MAN REMOVED ALL MY PICKS!I told the man sharpening the skates I wanted the front one taken off and pointed to it. Once I realized it looked like he was taking off more than one pick I asked him to make sure he was just removing one. He answered no I took them all off. He asked if I wanted him to only take off one pick on the second skate but I told him to just make them match as it would make no sense. He gave me a half hearted apology and sent me on my way.At the check out I brought it up with the lady working there. She apologized but said that all she could do was give me 6 free skate sharpenings and not charge me for this visit. THIS WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF MY BRAND NEW SKATES.I'm honestly so disheartned. I didn't know how to respond so I accepted their free sharpening card and left. I'm still so upset as my figure skates are ruined.

I purchased a Bauer Ag5nt stick from this store. It broke within the warranty period. I called the store to see if they had a warranty replacement in stock. They did not have the desired flex in stock so could not do exchange. The person who I was dealing with at that time told me to call other source for sports stores to see if they had stock and would do the exchange. I called oakville store they had one left in stock but didn’t know if they could exchange stick because I purchased from this store. They said this store could buy their stick and cover the warranty. I then called this store back and the new guy I talked to was ignorant and a liar. He told me they don’t do warranty exchanges and go to Bauer or CCM I told him he’s a liar and that I’ve exchanged sticks at his store before under warranty. I told him I would never buy another product from this store which I won’t.

Great staff, good products, best value on skate sharpening in Guelph. If I have questions about equipment, they are the best to speak with. Todd is great and arguably the most knowledgeable person in town for equipment. Get a VIP membership for $50 and that includes 24 skate sharpenings + 10% off purchases.

I went in to get a stick cut and I had a negative experience with one of the older staff members who was incredibly rude. Luckily I went back in and Tracy was able to help me. She was very apologetic and kind. Fixed the whole situation

The best local place for hockey and skate sharpening. Owner will go above all to help with products, questions and more. Not only have they helped us with last minute skate issues they also have saved us money when a quick fix to my son gear gave us another year instead of having to buy new piece. Only place we get skate sharpened aswell.

Super knowledgeable staff, especially about skate fitting, great sharpening too.

What an amazing store with a wonderful selection of university of Guelph apparel and merchandise. For those wondering, skate rentals are extremely reasonably priced. If you order a pair of skates on saturday, because they're closed on Sunday I believe you get a free extra day for a rental. Don't quote me though!

Called T&T today for skate sizing advice and the employee on the phone was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me. I came right in to the store and dealt with, I think the owner. He was also amazing. Help huge with finding the right size for my son and explained why his current skates were hurting him. I will for sure be back here for our next skate purchase. #shopguelph

This is a great place to go if you have ANY questions regarding hockey equipment. The team here are super friendly and eager to help you (not sell you). A few times they've recommended not to buy something new, directed us to other places and just helped an existing piece of equipment fit better! Any purchases we have made, once again they step up with suggestions, and make the overall experience easy and fantastic. It's a great team here - definitely worth a visit.
