I had an appointment for 2.45pm with my daughter, and I got here 2.56pm, 12 minutes later. They said they will have to check with her to see if she can still see me, after about 20mins they said she can't see us because we were late, I mean an average cancellation for no show is usually 15mins and this was cancelled under 15mins and new appointment time 3months from now. Not good!!!!

Dr. Lagrou has such careful attention to detail and extensive knowledge. She quickly created confidence and comfort in the decision making process for my child’s condition. We are very grateful to have her involved in our child’s care.

Very professional. Clinic staff are helpful and get you through all appointments on time. They answer all your questions and take the time to listen to you. Dr. Lisa Lagrou did my cataract surgery and talked to me throughout the procedure and really eased my high anxiety. Highly recommend!!!

This clinic has no consideration. I called that we are on our way because it is snowing and the road is slick. My daughter's appointment is At 9:45am. Got there 15min. late coz of the weather and road is bad. Just a littconsideration would be nice. Not a good clinic.

Had an appointment scheduled for my daughter for 8 months, they cancelled 3 days before and we now have to wait 4 more months for next appointment. No apology. The staff are completely rude and unprofessional.They called from an UNLISTED number and left a voicemail saying they needed confirmation of the appointment, and then called the very next morning saying it had already been cancelled. No text, no email, no notification in advance that they would be calling on that day. No one picks up the phone from an unlisted number these days. To expect so is ridiculous.

When my eye doctor retired a few years ago, I was referred to Dr. Lagrou. I really enjoyed visiting my previous doctor so I was somewhat apprehensive to see someone new. However, I need not have been concerned. Dr. Lisa Lagrou and her staff members are some of the kindest and nicest women I have ever met. Nicole and Morgan are lovely, attentive and engaging members of her staff. I had the pleasure of meeting with them twice over the past two weeks. Both of these young women went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and knowledge. They each shared with me the purposes of the various tests and procedures that were performed. Dr. Lagrou is exceptionally caring and interested in getting to know her patients and their needs. I completely trust her opinion and I easily rely on her expertise. Sometimes going to the eye doctor can be anxiety provoking. However, in my experience, everyone employed at Dr. Lagrou's clinic has a bright and cheerful disposition and this certainly puts me at ease. I have been seeing Dr. Lagrou for several years now and I feel very blessed and grateful that I was referred to her.
