The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Nurse Lynn is very professional and caring. Having a clinic like this is very needed in the north end of Peterborough. With current high demands for emergency department use, clinics like these are very valuable to stream line medical services especially for patients without doctors.

Dear Mohammed and the incredible team at Chemong Road Medicine Shoppe,This review has been a long time coming and I rarely write them, but I wish to express my gratitude for the enormous care given to my family and I over many years. I enjoy a small pharmacy, keeping things personal-they know me and what my needs are. My senior mom is treated so well and respectfully. Mohammed and his team remind me what mom may need, (without compromising confidentiality) minimizing her travel and time. This is so thoughtful. The team go above and beyond understanding my busy schedule. They ensure things are ready to go and most considerate with medications that may not be fully covered. They work to find a med that might be less expensive. A sympathy and kindness is forefront, as they look for ways to maximize my dollar. Nothing better then having a personal pharmacy who treats you like family, and functions so professionally. Thank you team for your smiles and how you care for so many.Blessings!Peter

This is the second time my prescription medication cream expired (turned green") only 12 days into receiving it & hasn't reached the expiry date. Since they can't delivery my prescription

This is a virtual clinic not a physical one, something that they should tell you on the phone before wasting your time waiting. The wait time is unbearably long if you need medical care you should take your chances at the hospital at least you will be seen properly.

Their walk in clinic is an absolute essential service for Peterborough. As a resident with no family doctor I didn't know where to turn.Nurse Lynn and team at The Medicine Shoppe are friendly, professional and above all care about their patients wellbeing.I cannot thank you enough!

Super friendly and helpful. Both the walk-in clinic and the pharmacy. They seem to be very well organized. We went to the walk-in clinic on a Monday (usually the busiest day of the week for walk-ins), and had prompt service, while still taking the time to address all concerns.

Came to the walk in clinic here this weekend and was so grateful for the lovely staff here and their help. The nurse and pharmacist got me all set up with what I needed and were so kind. Not a very long wait either, luckily! Feeling much better today and very appreciative of being able to just walk in and get some help.

Nurse Lynn is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with the patients. The pharmacist is very professional and takes the time to explain and instructed regarding the Rx medications.
