Very nice Care Centre.. Staff really care about the residents. Facility is clean and well maintained. Weekly activities. Good sized rooms with large windows.

Many staff volunteered to come to Vancouver with the evacuated residents during forest fires. Their passion for maintaining dignity and their love of the residents is incredibly inspiring.

My dad has been placed in here by his command-law girlfriend not wife. Why not wife my dad never married her because he said she is a teenager with a attitude. Stay did not have my father hearing aids they said I should speak with his girlfriend. I asked were are his pictures non up on the walls they said if you put them up they leave them up.Staff seems caring in a very sad setting.Over all I wish I was called but it's his command-line that did not inform us. As she hangs up the phone when we called for our father or says he's not at home then hangs up..

DISGUSTING!!!!! Pitiful. The way this place treats the HUMAN beings, the people of our city, is appalling!!!! I would never allow my mother in law, mother, anyone for rhat matter of fact to reside in this atrocity of this place. The manager herself is a bloody moron!!! My skin crawls looking at her face, just from what she holds inside her body. Hate. Ugliness at its finest!!! She should be ashamed of herself.

Absolutely amazing facility! From check in to everything in between, they are all fabulous caring healthcare workers. Rooms are big and spacious, lots of activities, my Dad is very happy there.
