Our unit was fully renovated prior to us moving in and Capreit was very efficient and delivered their promise of when our unit would be ready. The whole building as a whole is very clean and it’s very reassuring to see all the security features they have in place. Sean has been very helpful and communicates very well with us. Thanks Sean! Looking forward to our new future at Chelsea Manor.

Looked at renting at 435 grey st found the newly finished apartment clean and very nice, talked to Sean manager very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly. Very close to downtown and centrally located to all shopping.

We’ve seen significant improvements since Capreit has taken over Chelsea.The building is cleaned daily. They have security camera’s inside every hallway and surrounding the building. We talked with night maintenance staff (Danny) and security (Boris) and we’re happy that they come into to the building nightly to keep an eye on things.Any Maintenance we needed has been done quickly.We feel safe and secure here.
