I needed a garbage bin! I got the weekend package , dropped off Friday afternoon, and picked up Monday morning. Very reasonable rate along with fair tipping fees. Great service!

Called at 10:30 on Saturday (of the May long weekend). I figured it was a long shot they would be available but was told they would try to squeeze me in by the end of the day. Truck was here shortly after 1:30. Amazing service!

I hired GFS to pump my sewage tank. Price was lowest of any other competitor in this area. The truck was clean, appeared in good repair, didn't leak any compressor oil or sewage onto my driveway. The equipment hoses were in good repair. The job was quickly done, no mess left behind and the fella doing the job was prompt and professional. I highly recommend placing this company on your list to contact.

Delivered 2 loads of water to refill our pool after getting the liner replaced. Came home to find that our garage was completely soaked!!! Would never use this company again, not sure how much water I paid for that never actually made it to the pool, but now I have to spend the night cleaning up my garage.

When I called to inquire about a quote for a bin the guy who answers the phone told me they have 3 different sized bins, and that it was $200 to rent the bin plus $110/tonne.When I called back later that day to book he told me if I wanted the 20 yard bin it would actually be $225. I said ok because I needed that size bin.They brought the bin the next day, we filled it, they came back and picked it up the next week.I then inquired about my invoice, as they had charged me $250 for the bin and $120 per tone. I explained that that isn’t what I was quoted.No answer via email, so at the end of they day I called.I pretended to be a new customer inquiring about a quote SPECIFICALLY for a 20 yard bin. They same guy on the phone told me it would be $200 for the bin and $120 per tonne. (My partner called as well, was given the same quote). I then confronted him with the discrepancy in prices as I had now been quoted/charged 3 different prices for the exact same service.The man of the phone became angry and hostile. He told me “she” the woman I had been dealing with already talked to me about this and it was dealt with.Which was to my surprise as I hadn’t heard anything back from her.The next day I reached out again via email, later that day she sent me a new invoice, along with mentioning that she had “discounted” the prices and the correct charge for a 20 yard bin was in fact $250 plus $120 per tonne.I then mentioned that maybe the staff need an update on the correct prices, but no response.No accountability from anyone about this whole situation.I didn’t mind paying what I was quoted but I don’t believe if fair practice to continually quote one price and charge another.So my advice is always check your invoice!

If I had a choice I'd give give no reviews. Called to ask questions for water supply. Spoken to very rudely. Very upset over the transaction. Found another company to deal with. Very satisfied now
