Certain items contained in the flyer are always conspicuously missing or near impossible to find. The featured lobster...a no go. Other than that, it's a good shopping experience. The selection is fairly good and the store is well maintained.

Lack of staff, bare shelves. Went in yesterday with 3 things on my list and couldn’t find anything, all out of stock. Nobody is ever at the meat counter. Too expensive. Whenever I go in you either can’t find what you’re looking for, or there’s one cash open for 25 people waiting in line.

Great selection of meats and veggies compared to other grocers in the area. Little more expensive for average items. Quality of selection and Cleanliness of the store is a welcomed addition.

This is one of the best grocery store in the Ottawa/Gatineau region (if not the best). It is very clean and well organised. The food selection is excellent and diverse. Service is the ideal, staff are always ready to help, are polite and courteous.

Dependable store, reliable hours. Fresh produce. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is my regular grocery store for meat & fresh fruit and vegetables. They are conveniently located within 8km from my home.Parking is always easy, very accessible. My kids love the small grocery carts. Always in stock of every day needs & essentials.Near a pharmacy, gas station and SAQ.

I gave 5 stars, it is nice and organized entirely store, employees whom work in the sea food department are kindness and acknowledged of what you want to know about the sea food, I would recommend it, cashiers are kindness too, but there is one thing I dislike cashier didn't ask customers if they collect the airmiles.
