We adopted our puppy from them 3 years ago and when we got home we realized SHE WAS ONLY SEVEN WEEKS OLD (which i believe is now illegal in canada and the majority of North America because its completely inhumane) her entire litter was adopted out at seven weeks old and they didn't ask us a single question they just handed us a puppy and the paperwork for the adoption fee. Once she was a healthy age we went to get her spayed and were told we couldn't because the shelter had not paid its debts to the vet they worked with, eventually it was sorted out. They are super sketchy and are not looking out for the health and safety of their dogs.

Got my Bella girl 2.5 years ago. She is a very good girl and has been amazing to train as my service dog . However the price I paid was supposed to include sterilization. When the time came to get her done I did not recieve any calls back. If this had not happened o would say it was EXCELLENT 5 stars however now I'm feeling ripped off for a $500 sterilization I was assured would be free.

Bought my dog three years ago and came to us pretty much potty trained. This has been the best dog I've ever owned.
