They are friendly and professional, however they filed my daughter's teeth down significantly without asking/informing anyone first. Her teeth look very unnatural now and she's quite upset that they rounded off her K9s. They were very good through the whole process, until they did this at the very end when she was almost finished with her orthodontics. Making significant, permanent changes like this to a child's smile should not be done without first speaking with the parent and the patient as well.

I had my consultation for braces today at Rykiss. I finally decided to get braces after all these years and the staff made me feel completely comfortable (not pressured unlike sooo many other braces places.) I left the appointment feeling informed and completely happy and excited for my braces!

Staff are always super nice, professional, friendly, accomodating and thoughtful especially Kym and Maria. Thank you so much Dr. Catherine, Dr Mark and Dr Jared who are so awesome! Dr. Catherine is the one who has been with me at the end of my braces process and she is amazing doctor. She always listens to my concerns and pays attention to details to make my teeth look great. Much appreciated! My braces were just off yesterday after 26 months process. I love my smile more than ever. I'm so confident with it. THANK YOU Rykiss team! Highly recommended Rykiss to everyone!!
