Bytown Duct Cleaning

I found Bytown by 'googling' and reading up reviews. Based on my findings, I contacted them and they sure lived up to the reviews. Response to my inquiry from Miguel was very quick and service was scheduled less than one week later. Jacques and his colleague arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally. I even got to see before and after pictures of my ducts. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Two pretty kindly technicians arrived my house on time. They did the very professional job. The whole work took about two hours. Nice, efficient and qualified!!! They also answered me some relative questions with patience. Very nice team. I am very satisfied and definitely recommended the company to my friends.

MIguel did a great job cleaning our ducts. He was able to accomodate us on short notice and explained the process. The house was left in a clean state and he emailed a link to before and after photos. Price was reasonable and the service was exactly what we were looking for. Honest and thorough - thanks Miguel!

I have used Truck based cleaners for years and can honestly say the portable unit Bytown uses is so much better. Miguel is a professional, who cares about the excellence of the job he does. He is informative and caring. They spend enough time at the location to do the job right. The truck outfits were in and out in 2 hrs. Made an appointment for duct cleaning on Monday. Got an email confirmation of the appointment about 24hrs ahead. I took time off work to be home for the duct cleaning. Waited around for hours. Called left a voicemail. Tried to call a few other times. Always went to voicemail. They never showed up. Never provided a reason why they didn't show up. Never communicated with me again. Very unprofessional. Especially since I wasted work hours to be home for them to pull a no show. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Great service from a local company. We contacted them by text and had a near immediate response. Within minites we provided the detailes on the number of vents and were given a price. Then we were given 2 options as to when the service could be preformed. We were informed that the service technician would arrive within 1 hour of the set appointment and they did. Withing a few hours the service was complete with pics of the before and after image. It has been 72 hours since the job was completed and we have not had to dust our funiture. Before teh cleaning we had to dust every few days. Money well spent. Jacques Martin, the service technican and his associate, whose name excapes me now, were profession and courtious and had both the knowledge and the eauipment to do a thorough job. Thanks

Am very happy with the customer service and work completed by Bytown. Miguel was very helpful answering questions and working out a price. The technician Liam arrived on time and was very courteous, taking the time to talk about what he was going to do and what he found during his work. Everything was cleaned up at the end and I am very happy with the cleaning done. I would certainly recommend Bytown
