The first few times I did not think Bikram yoga was for me but the owners/instructors kept me going and now I love it! I have tried many yoga places this is the best yoga place so far!

If I could do it every day I would. Absolutely love this place

I hate leaving a bad review, but would like to warn the other clients to stay away from the place and save your money.I was going to this yoga place before quarantine and the experience wasn't good.The owner is normally moody and cranky with clients.I felt too hot or unwell during class ,because it was my first time doing hot yoga,but Alain didnt let me out of the room and called me a drama queen.Now I wanted to continue using my classes, but when I called the owner said he cant find my name,though I remember there was at least money worth for at least for 10 classes.And he wasnt apologetic or helpful,just said no

I purchased a Groupon deal for hot yoga and when I wanted to leave the room because I was feeling dizzy, I was discouraged verbally to do so by the instructor.

Highly recommended! Great teachers; variety of courses. The owners, Nina and Alain, really care about their clients.

This is a really great place, they are awesome at integrating beginners and managing classes with a range of experience.
