I've been dealing with Sue and the staff of Ponoka License and Registries for over fifteen years for my employer/business related transactions. Their knowledge, helpfulness, and service keeps me coming back for personal vehicles, drivers license, etc. related matters every year. Truly exceptional service. I can only attribute the negative reviews to people who choose to visit at peak times; they are a small office in a small town. Larger centers may have more staff with shorter lines, but I would challenge anyone to find more helpful or personable staff out there.

My wife and I moved to Alberta a while back and used the services of this office in Ponoka. The service received was excellent. We had to go into their office a few times as we had to get an out of province inspection done on our car. We registered a truck, a trailer and change over our drivers licenses. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Will continue to support this business every time we need one of the services they provide.

Most competent registry I've found in the area. Worth the drive from surrounding towns, this owner operated Registry is extremely efficient. Unlike other registries in the area the owner knows how to operate his equipment without downtime for the customer.

Great service here!! I've been here multiple times: for like 3 different services. They were quick and very friendly and wonderful staff who helped and made the experience fun lots of laughs. To be honest I love watching people learn new things.Thank you Ponoka Registry ladies, I will be back for my fishing liecense soon. 5 star rating they deserve it

Went to obtain some passport photos for my three year old son and I was told they don't do photos for kids his age despite their website saying they only didn't do infants. (which he isn't). They aren't very well equipped for doing passport or licence photos anyways.

Terrible service. They have people doing eye exams (talking very loudly, which is very distracting) beside those writting there multiple choice tests. There is no consideration to those on the computers and no access to a quiet place to write exams. Staff was extremely rude.Will NEVER be back and would reccomend going to lacombe instead.

The staff here are great! Fast and friendly. I have gone here for my registration on my vehicle, my daughter's learners, passport photos and I have found that they are consistently efficient.
