My experience in three word this buildings are destroyed. Very very bad place ever to live in.Also not a safe place to live inI recommend don’t waste your life and your money with condo apartment believe me.

Last couple of winters they barely turn on the heat. Apartments are freezing in winter as the windows don’t have much insulation. Since covid they’ve only put one automatic hand sanitizer dispenser in the lobby. I’m pregnant and worried about having my baby here. They allow residents to feed and attract birds on their balconies which is really unsanitary.

The management of this property have a human side to them. I just lost my husband to cancer and l was not on the lease but l requested them to allow me to stay on the same terms and they so kindly agreed. I truly grateful. I would recommend anyone to sign up with this property company.

This building is horrible they don’t care about their tenants. My mother has been a good tenant for 30 years they removed all screen doors for the balcony so she can’t even open her door for fresh air without 1000 flies coming in. Her kitchen has only one sink they’re argumentative and will not fix a broken down curtain rod that’s been there since she moved in 30 years ago, they lock the garage shoot so ya can’t throw away garbage… it’s ridiculous stay away.
