Company responded promptly to my email request for quote to service my gas heater. I accepted the quote and the work time was set without the need to provide a credit card and down payment for potential work. Agreed work was done at the set time, and service provider explained what he was doing and how I can determine when I will need service again. I was invoiced by email a week later and paid using etransfer. I recommend this company and plan to use them for all gas and plumbing work in future.

Straightline sets the bar for service and responsiveness for all trades in the sea to sky. As a resident of this area it’s so refreshing to have a company that responds to small service requests and does it all professionally and promptly and at a reasonable rate. I can’t recommend these guys more highly.
